The General Assembly, composed of the representatives of the INQAAHE member organisations is the main decision-making body of the association.

As the executive body of INQAAHE, the Board ensures an effective management of the current issues.

The secretariat takes care of the day-to-day conduct of policy, administration, record-keeping and account management.
