General Assembly Meeting 2 of 2026

On April 30, 2026 (Thu) at 14:00 CEST/UTC+2 INQAAHE members are invited to the second General Assembly Meeting of 2026. The Board will present the Annual Report 2025 which includes the Financial Statements, the budget/projections for 2026, the minutes from past General Assembly Meetings, for their approval; an update on the transition of the Network from New Zealand to Spain, an update on the CEO search, and an update on the 2027 Conference. Please, take into consideration some of this documentation needs to be externally filed once approved.

The Board will share the list of candidates for the 2026 Board Elections and the candidate and proposal to host the 2028 Forum with the General Assembly during the meeting to support their votes.

Voting will be done online through the usual platform after the meeting, from April 30 (Thu) until May 14 (Thu) at 23:59 CEST/UTC+2. Results will be announced on May 15 (Fri). Remember that, as stated in the Constitution, the General Assembly is the plenary policy and decision-making body of the Network. It is composed of Full and Associate Members of INQAAHE, each represented by one nominated individual. So only one representative of each INQAAHE Full and Associate member will be allowed to vote on the beforementioned items.
