Constitution
In April 2026, the INQAAHE General Assembly adopted an updated Constitution reflecting its legal establishment in Spain and ensuring compliance with applicable Spanish legislation. This update marks a significant institutional transition from New Zealand, which served as the Network’s legal home for more than 30 years.
While maintaining INQAAHE’s mission, purposes, and global focus, the revised Constitution incorporates the legal and governance framework required for the Network’s continued operation and development under Spanish jurisdiction.
