On March 18, 2026, INQAAHE’s General Assembly was asked to vote on a set of resolutions related to the transition of the Network’s legal registration from New Zealand to Spain. Namely, the dissolution of the association in New Zealand along with its delegation in Spain with its corresponding removal from the New Zealand Incorporated Societies Register, and the establishment of a new association in Spain that will receive all the assets of the former one.
The voting period ran from that same day at 15:00 CET until April 1 at 23:59 CEST, with a participation rate of 41.55%. Details on the results are available below:

Based on these results, we are pleased to announce that the proceedings in both jurisdictions have initiated based on the General Assembly’s directives. We want to remind the membership that INQAAHE will continue to operate as usual without any disruption in its activities.
