By examining global practices and addressing key issues such as bias, data privacy, and institutional autonomy, the study aims to develop an ethical and effective framework for AI integration. Aligned with Qatar’s National AI Strategy and international accreditation standards, this research will help institutions and policymakers harness AI to strengthen accountability, enhance quality, and promote student-centered learning — positioning Qatar as a global leader in AI-driven higher education governance.
