Information on visa letters from Peoples' Friendship University of Russia (RUDN), host university of INQAAHE Forum 2020:

• The visa invitation issuing takes 3-5 weeks approximately depending on country
• In order to issue an invitation letter, a copy of passports and the filled in Application Form is required
• Unfortunately, due to Corona virus RUDN will not issue an invitation to China and Taiwan given the restrictions of the Ministry of Internal Affairs
• RUDN will close the collection of the requests for the visa invitations on February 14, 2020 (Friday)
• Those attendees who already have the invitation from AKKORK for a visa do not need to fill in the previously mentioned application form
