The Safari Hotel in Windhoek will serve as the venue for the forum. It will also be
the main guest hotel for the delegates.
The hotel is situated approximately 4km away from the city centre,
on the southern outskirts of Windhoek, nestled in a garden amongst a large
variety of indigenous trees, shrubs and lawns with various rock features and water
fountains, creating a peaceful atmosphere in which to experience a selection of
first-class accommodation.
All bedrooms in the Safari Court Hotel have air-conditioning and heating with individual controls,radio, direct-dialling telephones, coffee/tea facilities, refrigerator, remotecontrolled Satellite Television, en-suite bathroom with bath shower, toilet, electric shaving plug (220 Volts) and hair-dryer.

Windhoek Hosea Kutako International Airport is situated 45 kilometers outside
Windhoek. It directly connects up to 5 times per week to the following airports: London, Frankfurt, and Munich.
Southern Africa's hub, Johannesburg, is only a two-hour flight away, from where
it is possible to connect to over 50 cities worldwide. South African Airways,
LTU, and Air Namibia all have daily flights to Windhoek International Airport.
The organizing committee will arrange transport for all conference attendees to
and from Hosea Kutako airport.
Namibia’s bountiful sunshine, abundance of wildlife, scenic beauty and rich
diversity of geological phenomena make the country a sought-after tourist
destination to which visitors return again and again. Some of Namibia’s top tourist destinations, are Etosha National Park, Sossusvlei, Sandwich Harbour, Fish River Canion and the Skeleton Coast Park.
